Problem Scenario:

Today, as the world’s largest democracy, India stands at the forefront of economic development. Lot of efforts has been put forward for India to become the 5th largest economy by GDP.

With time, the increase in population leads to all the cascading effects spanning from inefficient education system, unemployment, non sustainable lifestyle, corruption and what not.

We believe a profound education system holds the capacity to change the course of the future generations not only in India but across the world.

We at PySphere R&D Lab dream of a day when a student graduating out of the university feels like capable of generating jobs rather then just looking for a job.

We dream of a day when students can apply the learning to understand its real world applications.

We dream of a day when artificial intelligent based systems can help fill a teacher gap in schools during unlikely scenarios.

We dream of a day when job aspirants feel free to join government offices without being forced to be part of an unlikely work culture in the system.

Solution:

This can be achieved by two way strategy i.e. working on both prevention as well as cure and the vision is to come up with an improvement in teachers training programs and an interactive learning course for students respectively.

Prevention:

Existing infrastructure improvements can be accomplished in two ways:

  1. Improving Teachers Training program: Introducing technology to simulate real world scenarios. Use of Virtual Reality (VR) technology to train teacher with necessary skills sets like play way method and drilling based method for primary education, way to improve speaking power, problem solving teaching methodologies, competition based learning methodologies and many more.
  2. Fill Teacher Gap: Interactive learning course can help fill the growing teachers vacancies specially in government schools.

Cure:

Place for students to explore their curiosity, enquiry and openness in day to day education practices.

Building a profound personalized interactive learning system for students so that it can help student to grapes the knowledge as they feel comfortable progressing, apply learning on the go and should encourage to be part of a healthy competitive environment.
